2/3 Cup of heavy whipping cream

1 Cup of 2% milk

4 Ounces of dark chocolate, chopped

3 Tablespoons of sugar

Vanilla extract

Sweetened whipped cream topping

In a saucepan, heat the heavy whipping cream, milk, dark chocolate, and sugar over medium heat. Let the mixture come to a simmer, but don’t let it boil. Stir constantly to avoid burning. Remove the mixture from the heat, and stir until totally smooth. Add Vanilla extract, divide between 2 of your favorite mugs, and top with sweetened whipped cream topping.

5 Cups of 2% milk

10 Ounces of white baking chips

1 Cup of heavy whipping cream

½ Cup of solid-packed pumpkin

1 ½ Teaspoons of ground cinnamon

1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract

¼ Teaspoon of ground ginger

Topping Ingredients:

½ Cup of heavy whipping cream

2 Tablespoons of confectioners’ sugar

¼ Teaspoon of vanilla extract

1/8 Teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Whisk milk, baking chips, and heavy whipping cream over medium heat in a large saucepan. Mix until smooth, but don’t let it boil. Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the pumpkin, cinnamon, vanilla, and ginger. In a small bowl, make your topping. Beat cream until it starts to thicken. Add confectioners’ sugar and vanilla and beat until peaks form. Divide the hot chocolate mixture between your favorite mugs, top with whipped cream, sprinkle with extra cinnamon, and enjoy!
